UNIZ Ultrasonic U Wash Overview
The UNIZ Ultrasonic U Wash is an ultrasonic washing unit designed to thoroughly clean 3D printed appliances in as little as 6 minutes (2 wash cycles).
It uses an optimized 40,000 Hz standing‑wave chamber resonator and a powerful ultrasonic driver to deliver consistent washing performance.
With up to 2500 mW/cm² power density, it helps achieve tackiness‑free surfaces after washing.
A simple touch screen interface makes operation straightforward in daily workflows.
The cleaning chamber is designed for easy cleaning with zero moving parts inside the chamber.
UWash supports IPA saving by using different sets of cleaning cups and fixtures for different applications.
It also allows the cleaning chamber to be filled with water instead of IPA (as stated in the reference).
