1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Returns after this period are not accepted, except in cases covered under warranty.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Items must meet all of the following conditions to qualify for return:
- Unused and in original, resale-ready condition.
- Complete with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- Accompanied by original proof of purchase (invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are non-returnable due to hygiene, regulatory, and safety standards:
- Sterile, single-use, or patient-contact items (e.g., intraoral probes, disposable tips, sleeves).
- Personal hygiene or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable substances, or chemicals.
- Downloadable software, digital licenses, or firmware.
- Custom-configured or personalized equipment.
4. Manufacturer Warranty
All products include official manufacturer warranties (typically 1–3 years). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and provides free repairs during the period. Post-warranty repairs incur fees. Our support includes remote diagnostics and preventive maintenance contracts.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (subject to bank/processor timelines).
6. Shipping Responsibilities
Customers bear return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend tracked and insured shipping for high-value items. We assume no liability for items lost during return transit.
